What to Expect

THe Nottingham Adult ADHD Support Group is run entirely by volunteers who understand the challenges of ADHD first hand. We do our best to respond to messages and support our community, but please be patient as we balance this with our own work, family, and ADHD management.

The most reliable way to get involved or ask questions is to attend one of our events where you can speak with organisers and other community members directly.
