Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you might be ADHD, or want to better suport a loved one, you are welcome to attend.

We are a community-run support group for adults with ADHD in Nottingham and the surrounding area. You don't need a formal diagnosis to join us, just an interest in ADHD and a desire to learn more.
